Customer Success Manager [Canada]


 

We sell a SaaS software called InfoFlo Print. We are seeking a full-time customer support/success representative that will be training our customers over Zoom and answering their questions.

This is a level-one support position. No coding experience is required but we do expect the person to be tech savvy. The rep will be able to pass level-two support questions to our technical support staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North York, ON M2N 1M8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M2N 1M8
