Qualifications
- 5 years experience in security operations
- Experienced in managing and resolving security issues including proper documentation, root cause analysis, etc.
- Knowledgeable in legal requirements and compliances related to security
- Experienced in working and establishing healthy professional networks with local authorities
Responsibilities
- Plan and develop security programs for the organization
- Formulate and implement security policies, rules, and regulations
- Manage legal requirements and documentation (permits, certifications, etc.) of the organization
- Provide assistance to government bodies concerned in the conduct of security inspection, accident investigation, or any related programs
- Conduct investigation related to security incidents
- Develop and implement actions to mitigate security-related incidents
- Plan and coordinate trainings and certifications for security personnel
- Build rapport and maintain good working relationship with stakeholders (DOT, PNP, PDEA, PPA, SBMA, etc.)

Salary: From Php15,000.00 per month
