- Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team in all outlets to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to follow the current demand trend & achieve sales targets.
- Act as an overall Sales Manager to oversee all outlets operations & administrations.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Prepare and present relevant sales reports, conduct sales analysis to identify sales trend and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements:
- 5 years and above of retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role as Sales Manager or Outlet Managers
- Experience in managing a team of at least 10 members.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong in decision making and result-oriented.
- Strong Leadership skills.
