Sales Manager [Malaysia]


 
  • Recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team in all outlets to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to follow the current demand trend & achieve sales targets.
  • Act as an overall Sales Manager to oversee all outlets operations & administrations.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present relevant sales reports, conduct sales analysis to identify sales trend and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • 5 years and above of retail experience with a minimum of 3 years in a management role as Sales Manager or Outlet Managers
  • Experience in managing a team of at least 10 members.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong in decision making and result-oriented.
  • Strong Leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
